摘  要:该文介绍了微型高压压缩机气阀的特点及菌状阀工程设计计算方法。通过对压缩机工作过程及气阀运动规律的分析,推导了菌状阀主要参数的工程计算方法并给出菌状阀关键尺寸确定原则及校核的戴维斯判据。一个实际的菌状气阀参数的设计计算例证了该方法的可靠性,并且所得结果足以满足工程需求。This paper describes the characteristics of the valvesofhigh-pressure micro-compressor and clarifies the engineering design calculation method of the mushroom valve.Through the analysis of the working process of the compressor and the law of the movement of the valve,the engineering calculation method of the main parameters of the mushroom valve is deduced and the determining principle and the Davis calibration criterion of the critical dimension of the valve are given.The design calculation of an actual mushroom valve parameter exemplifies the reliability of the method and the results are sufficient to meet the engineering requirements.
