摘 要:不同温度下的液压油,其物理性质会发生变化,工作过程中液压油的温度随着系统热量的累积会逐渐升高,粘度降低,影响液压系统的输出特性。随着对液压系统精度和工作效率要求的不断提高,液压油液的温升问题也引起了人们的不断关注。利用AMESim软件建立了某特种车液压系统仿真模型,对展车和收车工作过程温升特性进行了仿真,分析了系统关键热源发热特性机理,并与理论计算结果和实测温升相对比。结果表明,相比于理论计算,仿真结果与实际温升更加接近,可以为液压系统设计和提高散热效率提供参考。The properties of hydraulic oil at different temperatures can change during the working process.The temperature of the hydraulic oil gradually increases with the accumulation of heat in the system.On the other hand,the oil viscosity decreases,which affects the output characteristics of the system.With the continuous improvement of hydraulic system accuracy and work efficiency requirements,the temperature rise of hydraulic fluid also attracts people's attention.A simulation model of the hydraulic system in the special vehicle is established by AMESim,which can reflect the thermal characteristics during the working process.Key heat sources and hot elements are analyzed with the calculation.As a result,compared with the calculation results,the simulation results are closer to the actual situation,which provides the basis for the design of hydraulic systems and the promotion of efficiency.
