摘 要:由水下井口和深水海管组成的水下生产系统是深水气田开发的大趋势。因生产管柱穿孔、封隔器失效、井口阀组内漏等原因,导致水下井口环空压力异常超高,接近井口装置安全许用压力,严重威胁生产安全,国内外尚无很好的解决方法。通过进行现场测试,分析水下井口环空压力异常超高的原因,结合现场工艺流程和物料资源,研究出一套水下井口环空压力异常处理技术,并在现场成功应用。该技术研究为深水气田水下井口环空压力异常处理开辟了新思路,极大地提高了深水气田水下生产系统开发的安全性。An underwater production system consisting of a subsea wellhead and a submarine pipeline is a major trend in the development of deep-water gas fields.Due to the perforation of the production string,the failure of the packer,and the leakage of the wellhead valves,the annulus pressure of the subsea wellhead is abnormally high,which is close to the safe allowable pressure of the wellhead device,which seriously threatens the production safety,and there is no good solution at home and abroad.Through on-site testing,the reasons for the abnormally high annulus pressure of the subsea wellhead were analyzed.Combined with the on-site process flow and resources,a set of casing pressure anomalous treatment technology was developed and successfully applied in the field.This technology has opened up a new idea for the anomalous treatment of underwater wellheads in deep water gas fields,greatly improving the safety of underwater production systems in deep water fields.
