摘  要:为验证多次补焊维修对深水钻井防喷器使用性能的影响,在分析国内外深水钻井防喷器维修通用做法的基础上,以深水钻井防喷器常用制造材料25CrNiMo碳素结构钢为对象,制备双栽丝法兰试样,研究了多次补焊对试样硬度、尺寸及机械性能等方面的影响。结果表明:补焊对试样硬度的影响具有累积作用,总体硬度值较未焊接前试样各部位的硬度值稍有降低,但变化不大,满足API 16AR规定的硬度区间要求;补焊维修后的试样尺寸无明显变化;螺栓孔承载能力和试样承压能力满足设计标准;未发现裂纹缺陷及内部缺陷;试样机械性能无明显变化;金相组织为5.5级,满足材料设计性能要求。研究成果对深水钻井防喷器维修方案及相关标准的制定具有重要指导意义。In order to verify the influence of multiple repair welding repairs on the performance of offshore well control equipment,based on the analysis of the common practices of offshore well control equipment maintenance,taking 25CrNiMo carbon structural steel which commonly used in offshore well control equipment as research object,preparation of double-loaded wire flange sample,and the effects of multiple repair welding on the hardness,size and mechanical properties of the samples were studied.The results show:the effect of repair welding on the hardness of the sample has a cumulative effect,the overall hardness value is slightly lower than the hardness value of each part of the sample before welding,but the change is not big,the result meets the requirements of hardness range specified in API 16AR.There was no significant change in the size of the sample after repair welding.Bolt hole bearing capacity and sample pressure bearing capacity meet design standards.No crack defects and internal defects were found.There was no significant change in the mechanical properties of the sample.The metallographic organization is 5.5,meeting the material design performance requirements.The research results have important guiding significance for the maintenance of offshore well control equipment and related standards.
