摘 要:目前我国的海洋油气开发正逐步走向深水。水下生产系统中脐带缆的作用尤为关键,其全尺寸测试技术的研究难度较大。针对水下脐带缆全尺寸测试中的弯曲刚度测试,本文介绍了测试原理及试验形式,编制了测试程序,给出了一种弯曲刚度计算方法,并对测试结果进行了分析。测试可验证脐带缆在安装及在位运行过程中的弯曲性能,为突破我国海洋装备国产化应用瓶颈提供有力的保障。Offshore oil and gas exploitation is gradually developing in deepwater currently in China.In Subsea production system,the role of subsea umbilical is particularly critical,and the research of full-scale measurement technology is difficult.Aiming at the full-scale bending stiffness test,the test principle and test form are given,the detailed test procedure is compiled,and a calculation method of bending stiffness is given.The test results are analyzed finally.The test can verify the bending performance of subsea umbilical in the process of installation and in-situ operation,and provide a strong guarantee for breaking through the bottleneck of domestic application of marine equipment in China.
