外输漂浮软管外胶层修补技术研究

摘　　要：石油是一个国家军事安全和经济发展的重要战略资源,对促进经济发展和实现国家战略具有十分重要的作用。然而,由于石油资源分布、和生产的不均衡,必然产生石油的运输需求。目前,石油运输主要有海运、管道运输和铁路运输三种方式。原油外输漂浮软管作为海上设施原油外输的重要通道,在频繁使用过程中,由于经常受到挤压或者摩擦导致外胶层破损,及时进行外胶层修复对延长外输漂浮软管使用寿命和保障原油外输的安全具有重要意义。选择新的外输漂浮软管外胶层修补技术替代原有的修复方式,降低修复成本,提高修补质量。Oil is an important strategic resource for a country s military security and economic development,which plays an important role in promoting economic development and realizing national strategy.However,due to the uneven distribution and production of oil resources,the transportation demand of oil is inevitable.At present,there are three main modes of oil transportation:sea transportation,pipeline transportation and railway transportation.As an important channel of crude oil transportation in offshore facilities,the offloading hose for crude oil transportation is often squeezed or rubbed in the process of frequent use,and the timely repair of the outer rubber layer is of great significance for prolonging the service life of the offloading hose and ensuring the safety of crude oil transportation.The new repair technology of the offloading hose is selected to replace the original repair method,reduce the repair cost and improve the repair quality.
