摘　　要：以GIS技术为核心,设计实现了连接异地应急指挥用户的在线协同会商系统。系统基于应急一张图实现了在线会商的协同标绘、音视频会议、文件共享以及各种地图查询等功能,提高了应急指挥的及时性、有效性、协作性。Taking GIS technology as the core,we designed and implemented an online collaborative consultation system for connecting emergency command users in different places.This system realizes the collaborative plotting,audio and video conference,file sharing and map query functions of online consultation based on the emergency one map,which greatly improves the timeliness,effectiveness and collaboration of the emergency command.
