海口市测绘基准升级改造

摘　　要：分析现有测绘基准存在的问题和不足,介绍海口市测绘基准升级改造的建设思路、实施过程和取得的新一代测绘基准成果,即B级GNSS框架网、C级GNSS全面网、二等水准高程网、HKCORS等测绘基础设施及其相应点位的基于CGCS2000、2000国家重力基准和85国家高程基准的大地坐标、平面坐标、高程、坐标转换参数和软件以及似大地水准面精化数据集和插值软件、HKCORS系统和系列软件等成果。其结果表明,这些现代测绘基准体系在网络布局、设备品质、网点精度、HKCORS功能性能和应用效率等方面均有较大幅度的提升。In this paper,we analyzed the problems and shortages of existing surveying and mapping datum,and introduced the construction idea,implementation process and improvement of upgrading and reconstruction the surveying and mapping datum in Haikou City.And then,we obtained the achievements of new surveying and mapping datum in Haikou City,such as surveying and mapping infrastructures with B-level GNSS frame network,C-level GNSS comprehensive network,second-grade leveling network,HKCORS hardware and the results with geodetic coordinates,plane coordinates,altitude of corresponding points based on CGCS2000,2000 National Gravity Datum and85 National Altitude Datum,coordinate transformation parameters and software,the quasi-geoid refinement data set and interpolation software,HKCORS and a series of software and so on.The results show that these modern surveying and mapping datum systems greatly improve in network layout,equipment quality,control points position accuracy,as well as HKCORS function,performance and application efficiency.
