摘 要:目的探索采用"双轨合一"模式对神经病学专业型研究生进行培养的效果,为现代医学研究生人才培养提供经验。方法选取遵义医科大学2013级和2014级神经病学研究生为研究对象,2013级学员作为对照组,采取传统培养模式;2014级学员作为观察组,采用临床医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训并轨培养模式。每组9人,培训周期3年,培训结束后分别对2个年级学员的科研、专业、操作、英语成绩进行考核,分析比较成绩,并对学员在临床、教学、科研的安排合理度进行问卷调查。结果观察组在操作、英语成绩优于对照组、具有显著性差异(P <0.05),在专业成绩方面差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);对照组科研成绩优于观察组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组在对临床轮转、技能操作、教学活动、病种学习、急危重症疑难病例讨论、文献复习、临床能力年度考核安排方面的合理度高于对照组,欠合理度、不合理度低于对照组;观察组在对科研实验、发表论文、科研进展年度考核安排方面的合理度低于对照组,欠合理度、不合理度高于对照组。结论神经病学专业型学位研究生采用"双轨合一"培养提高了临床技能操作和英语水平,但科研水平下降,在临床、教学活动安排上得到认可,在科研相关活动安排欠合理及不合理。Objective To explore the effect of the "Two-way Integration" training mode on postgraduate students majoring in neurology and provide experience for the cultivation of postgraduate talents in modern medicine. Method The 2013 and 2014 neurology postgraduate students in Zunyi Medical University were selected as the research subjects. The 2013 students were trained as the control group with the traditional training mode while the 2014 students were trained as the observation group with the "Two-way Integration" training mode which means that the postgraduate education of professional degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training of residents are combined. Each group had 9 people and the training period was 3 years. When the training was completed, the scientific research, academic performance, operation and English level of the students in the two groups shall be assessed, analyzed and compared. Besides, a questionnaire shall be conducted to learn about if the students’ arrangements in clinical, teaching and scientific research are reasonable or not. Results The observation group had better performance in operation and English than the control group and there was a significant difference(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the difference of academic performance(P>0.05). The control group was better than the observation group in scientific research and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the observation group’s arrangement in the annual assessment of clinical rotation, skills operation, teaching activities, disease learning, discussion on complicated cases of acute critical illness, literature review and clinical ability: the rationality was higher than that of the control group;the poor rationality and irrationality were lower than that of the control group;the observation group’s arrangement in the annual assessment of scientific research experiments, published papers and scientific research progress: the rationality was lower than that of the control group;the poor rationalit
