摘　　要：目的此研究分析在HPV亚临床感染中与细胞免疫功能的相关性。方法本次研究将本院HPV亚临床感染患者作为研究对象,总例数为40例,将其作为实验组,同时再选取40例未出现HPV亚临床感染的正常患者作为对照组,研究时间为2018年4月-2019年4月,分别对比两组患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+等指标。结果两组患者的CD3^+水平、CD8^+水平、CD4^+/CD8^+指标不具备统计学意义(P> 0.05);实验组患者CD4^+指标与对照组存在差异,差异统计值合理(P <0.05)。结论此研究可得,在HPV亚临床感染患者中,患者会出现细胞免疫功能降低的情况,有着密切的相关性。Objective This study analyzes the association between cellular immune function and HPV subclinical infection. Methods In this study, the patients with HPV subclinical infection in our hospital were selected as the study object. The total number of patients was 40, which was used as the experimental group. At the same time, the 40 normal patients without HPV subclinical infection were selected as the control group. The study was taken from April 2018 to April 2019. Then the CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ and other indicators were compared between two groups of patients. Results The CD3^+ level, CD8^+ level and CD4^+/CD8^+ index of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The study showed that the CD4^+ index of the experimental group was different from the control group, and the difference statistical value was reasonable.(P<0.05). Conclusion This study is available in patients with HPV subclinical infections, patients with reduced cellular immune function, and with a close correlation.
