摘 要:目的探讨显微神经外科手术疗法在三叉神经痛临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选择本院于2018年1月-2019年3月期间收治的68例三叉神经痛患者为观察对象,参考患者病情,即责任血管是否对神经产生压迫,划分为压迫组(31例)、无压迫组(37例),无压迫组患者接受三叉神经部分感觉根切断手术,压迫组患者接受微血管减压术,比对两组患者的临床治疗有效率。结果压迫组患者的临床治疗有效率为93.55%,无压迫组患者的临床治疗有效率为91.89%,两组数据进行组间对比分析,差异不存在统计学意义,即P> 0.05。结论显微神经外科手术疗法在三叉神经痛临床治疗中具有较好的应用效果,但术前需要对患者的责任血压是否压迫神经情况进行明确,这样可以提高手术治疗的适宜性、有效性。Objective To investigate the application of microsurgical neurosurgery in the clinical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Sixty-eight patients with trigeminal neuralgia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled. The patient’s condition, whether the responsible vessels were oppressed to the nerves, was divided into the compression group(31 cases). In the non-stress group(37 cases), the patients in the non-stress group received partial trigeminal nerve root resection, and the patients in the compression group underwent microvascular decompression, The comparison of effective rate was made between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate was 93.55% in the compression group and 91.89% in the non-stress group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Microsurgical neurosurgery has a good application effect in the clinical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia, but it is necessary to clear the patient’s responsibility for blood pressure before surgery. This can improve the suitability and effectiveness of surgical treatment.
