摘　　要：目的对治疗高尿酸引起的痛风病症提供临床用药参考,规范本院医师临床合理用药。方法选取三级医疗机构(四川省眉山市人民医院)高尿酸引起痛风类疾病300余例,通过临床诊断及化验结果,观测临床病人用药效果及不良反应。参考国家基本药物目录(2018年版),结合临床诊断与用药分析,参阅上级医院专家门诊治疗高尿酸痛风症方案,归纳出治疗高尿酸痛风症用药指针。结果秋水仙碱,苯溴马隆,别嘌醇,碳酸氢钠,部分中草药(独活寄生汤,二妙散)等国家基本药物目录中的药物治疗高尿酸痛风症效果较好,临床医师可多选用。结论三级医疗机构治疗高尿酸痛风病症效果确切,特别是苯溴马隆,别嘌醇等药物已列入国家基本药物目录,可向患者多推广,同时在治疗过程中患者须密切观察用药剂量及毒副作用,不良反应。Objective To provide reference for clinical medication for gout caused by hyperuricemia, and to standardize clinical rational medication of doctors in our hospital. Methods More than 300 cases of gout disease caused by hyperuricemia in tertiary medical institutions(Meishan City People’s Hospital of Sichuan)were selected. Referring to the national basic medical directory(2018 edition), combining clinical diagnosis and medication analysis, referring to the expert outpatient treatment program for hyperuricemia gout in superior hospitals, and concluding the medication guidelines for hyperuricemia gout. Results Colchicine, phenbromarone, allopurinol, sodium bicarbonate, some Chinese herbal medicines(Duhuo parasitic decoction, Ermiaosan) and other drugs in the national basic catalog had better efficacy in the treatment of hyperuricemia gout, so clinicians could choose more. Conclusion Tertiary medical institutions are effective in treating hyperuricemia gout. In particular, drugs such as phenbromarone and allopurinol have been listed in the national basic medical catalog, which can be promoted to patients. Meanwhile, patients should closely observe the dosage, toxicity and adverse reactions during treatment.
