谈“双创”背景下 高校教育对大学生择业观的影响

摘　　要：大学生就业不仅是民生问题,也是社会关注的热点问题,更关系着我国的经济和社会双重发展。在“双创”的大背景下,为了充分鼓励和引导大学生创新创业的自觉性与主动性,国家出台了一系列有利政策,其对大学生的择业观,包括具体的方向、选择、领域等方面产生了重要影响。通过分析“双创”背景下高校教育对大学生择业观的影响,为大学生科学合理择业观的树立,以及就业质量的提升提供了一些建议。The employment of students graduated from universities is not only thelivelihood issue,but also the hot issue focused by the society.It is more related to double development of economy and society in our country.In the background of Promoting Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation,A series of favorable policies have been issued by the State in order to sufficiently encourage and guiding the students graduated from university for having the consciousness and activeness in innovation and starting up business,which affected greatly on the specific direction,selection and fields of job-choosing view.By analysis on the effect of higher education on the view of students for Employment in the Background of promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation,it provides some suggestions herein to the students graduated from universities on having a reasonable view of job-choosing and improvement of employment quality.
