摘　　要：文章主要研究“一带一路”沿线国家纺织服装产业运营、发展情况,以及市场发展态势、纺织服装产业投入产出与投资风险评估.具体剖析了“一带一路”国家纺织服装企业投资环境,境外服装企业在规模、用工、保险、产业链等方面现状;阐述了境外企业在效益和国际竞争等方面的优势及困难,其中包括当地员工的中文培训、技术管理人员的培养、资金周转、利润波动、信息交流等急需解决的问题;提出了进一步加强国内及国际间交流合作,为政府、纺织服装行业协会提供相关技术支持和咨询服务等建议.This paper mainly studies the operation and development of the textile and garment industries in the countries along the "belt and road" area, the market development trend, input and output of the textile and garment industries and the investment risk assessment. It makes a detailed analysis of the investment environment and the current situation of scale, employment, insurance and the industrial chain, etc., in overseas garment enterprises. The paper also expounds the advantages and difficulties of the overseas enterprises in the aspects of benefit and international competition, including the Chinese language training of the local staff, the development of technical management personnel, capital turnover, profit fluctuation, information exchange,etc.which need to be solved immediately. Finally, it puts forward suggestions for further domestic and international exchanges and cooperation, and providing relevant technical support and consulting services to the government and the textile and clothing industry associations.
