摘 要:本文采用文献计量学的方法,对2017年新疆专利的学科技术领域、专利权属机构、地区分布进行统计分析,为科技管理和专利战略制定提供基础资料和决策依据。结果表明;2017年,新疆专利优势学科技术领域是工程技术、农业科学、化学化工,数量最多的是实用新型专利;企业的专利产出数量最多;科研机构的发明专利机构平均量最高;高等院校的实用新型专利机构平均量最高;北疆地区的专利数量和多产机构明显高于南疆地区,乌鲁木齐是新疆专利的主要产出地区。By means of bibliometrics,the scientificand technological fields,patent ownership institutions and regional distribution of Xinjiang patents in 2017 were analyzed,which provided basic information and decision-making basis for scientific and technological management and patent strategy formulation.The results show that the dominant disciplines of patent technology in Xinjiang are engineering technology,agricultural science,chemical industry,and the largest number is utility patents.The largest amount of patents are produced by enterprises,the highest average number of invention patents are produced by scientific research institutions,the highest average number of utility model patents are produced by colleges and universities.The number of patents and productive institutions in the Northern Xinjiang region are obviously higher than those in southern Xinjiang,and Urumqi is the main output area of patents.
