耳穴贴压辅助治疗高血压危象疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压辅助治疗高血压危象的临床效果。方法选取急诊科诊治的高血压危象患者85例,按诊治先后顺序随机分为观察组43例和对照组42例。两组均予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上取降压沟、降压点、耳尖、神门、交感、内分泌耳穴按压,随后对比两组的临床治疗效果和症状缓解情况。结果观察组显效率为72.1%,对照组为45.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后收缩压和舒张压较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组血压达标时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组头痛、嗜睡、抽搐、昏迷等神经系统症状较治疗前明显缓解,且观察组症状缓解所需时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压辅助治疗高血压危象,不仅提高了临床疗效,且快速下降血压、缓解神经系统症状,提高患者生存质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking in assisting the treatment of hypertensive crisis.Method Eighty-five patients diagnosed with hypertensive crisis receiving treatment at the Emergency Department were recruited and randomized into an observation group of 43 cases and a control group of 42 cases according to their visiting sequence.In addition to the conventional intervention for both groups,the observation group was given auricular point sticking at Superior Triangular Fossa(MA-TF),Groove of Posterior Surface(MA-PS),Ear Apex(MA-H6),Ear Shenmen(MA-TF1),Sympathetic(MA-AH7)and Endocrine(CO18).The clinical efficacies and symptom relief degrees of the two groups were compared.Result The markedly effective rate was 72.1%in the observation group versus 45.2%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels dropped significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group took a markedly shorter time to achieve the standard level compared with the control group(P<0.05).The neurological symptoms such as headache,somnolence,convulsion and coma showed notable relief after treatment in both groups,and the observation group took significantly shorter time obtain the relief(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking not only can enhance the clinical efficacy,but also rapidly down-regulate the blood pressure,improve neurological symptoms and the quality of life in assisting the treatment of hypertensive crisis.
