摘　　要：目的观察粗针神道穴平刺对不同损伤节段面神经炎患者瞬目反射的影响。方法采用分层随机对照的方法,将面神经损伤在3个不同节段的面神经炎患者随机分为粗针平刺组、传统针刺组及单纯西药组,各组采用相应的治疗方法。观察患者治疗前后House-Brackmann面神经功能分级(HBGS)及瞬目反射(BR)的引出率。结果各节段3组治疗后HBGS及瞬目反射引出率均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),在节段2中粗针平刺组改善情况明显优于其他两组(P<0.01)。结论粗针疗法可有效改善面神经炎患者的临床症状及瞬目反射R波引出情况,通过不同节段治疗分析,在节段2损伤患者疗效最显著。Objective To investigate the effect of transverse insertion of a thick needle into point Shendao(GV11)on blink reflex in patients with facial neuritis of different injured segments.Method Patients with facial neuritis of three different injured segments were allocated,using a stratified random sampling method,to thick needle transverse insertion,conventional acupuncture and Western medicine groups.Each group received corresponding treatment.An evaluation was made using the House-Brackmann facial nerve grading system(HBGS)and the blink reflex(BR)triggering rate in the patients before and after treatment.Result After treatment,HBGS grades and the blink reflex triggering rate improved significantly at various segments in the three groups compared with before(P<0.05)and improved significantly more at segment 2 in the thick needle transverse insertion group than in the other two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Thick needle therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and increase the blink reflex R wave triggering rate in patients with facial neuritis.Analysis of segmental treatment shows that the therapeutic effect is best at segment 2.
