皮肤镜下呈蓝色无结构区的皮肤病特点分析

摘　　要：目的观察皮肤镜下呈现大片状蓝色无结构区的皮肤肿物特点,为临床诊断提供参考。方法收集2018年1月~12月我院收治的皮肤镜下呈蓝色无结构区(面积≥50%)患者69例,观察其皮肤镜下相同及差异特征,总结诊断要点。结果69例患者中,蓝痣、复合痣、囊性疾病、良性血管病变、基底细胞癌、异物纹身占比分别为44.93%、20.29%、13.04%、18.84%、1.45%、1.45%,且皮肤镜下各自有相对不同的特征。结论皮肤镜下大面积蓝色无结构区的皮肤肿物呈良性的概率更大。Objective To observe the characteristics of skin masses in large blue unstructured areas under dermatoscopy,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods A total of 69 patients with blue unstructured area(area≥50%)underwent dermatoscopy from January to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.The same and different characteristics of dermatoscopy were observed and the main points of diagnosis were summarized.Results Among the 69 patients,the proportions of blue sputum,compound sputum,cystic disease,benign vascular disease,basal cell carcinoma and foreign body tattoo were 44.93%,20.29%,13.04%,18.84%,1.45%,1.45%,respectively.Each mirror has relatively different characteristics.Conclusion The skin mass of a large area of blue unstructured area under dermatoscopy is more likely to be benign.
