摘 要:在测量10 Gb/s PIN-TIA光电探测器Monitor引脚电流时,会受到外界环境噪声以及内部噪声的影响,使得测量值夹杂噪声,影响测量的准确性。为了减少10 Gb/s PIN-TIA光电探测器Monitor引脚电流的测量误差,结合"自适应滤波"与"去除尖峰脉冲的中位值"算法,优化了10 Gb/s PIN-TIA内部电路的主要噪声来源对输出电流信号的影响;设计50 Hz陷波器及高频滤波器减少了50 Hz工频信号的干扰以及对信号中混杂的高频信号也一并进行了滤除。使用Multisum,Matlab软件进行了仿真。结果证明经过以上方法对噪声进行处理后,能够有效地降低噪声对于10 Gb/s PIN-TIA光电探测器输出电流的测量误差,提高测量的精度和稳定性。When Monitor pin current of the 10 Gb/s PIN-TIA photodetector is measured,the measured results will be affected by external environmental noise and internal noise,which makes the measured value mixed with noise and affects the accuracy of the measurement. In combination of "adaptive filtering" algorithm with "removingthe median value of spike pulse" algorithms,the influence of the main noise source of circuit in the 10 Gb/s PIN-TIA photodetector on the output current signal is optimized to reduce the measurement error of its Monitor pin current of the 10 Gb/s PIN-TIA photodetector. A 50 Hz wave trap and a high frequency filter are designed to reduce the interference of 50 Hz power frequency signal and filter out the high frequency signal mixing in the signal. The simulation experiment was performed with Multisum and Matlab software. The results show that the above denoising processing method can effectively reduce the measurement error of the output current of 10 Gb/s PIN-TIA photodetector caused by noise,and improve the measurement accuracy and stability.
