摘  要:针对海上未配备AIS的小型船舶存在航行安全等问题,设计一种基于LoRa的海上航行安全及应急救援系统。该系统利用LoRa技术在大船-小船间进行AIS数据流的远距离传输,并通过设计AIS解析算法实时提取船舶的动静态信息,结合船舶的GPS信息和姿态传感信息,可在手机终端APP里实时显示未配备AIS的小型船舶信息,有效实现海上航行安全及应急救援。测试结果表明,该系统的有效通信距离可以满足安全航行需求。且与传统的互联网装置及手持式AIS设备相比,该系统突破了距离覆盖和电能消耗的制约,具有广泛的应用前景。As for the marine navigation safety of small ships not equipped with AIS,a marine avigation safety and emergency rescue system based on LoRa is designed. In the system,the long-distance transmission of AIS data streams between large ships and small ships is carried out with the LoRa technology,and the dynamic and static information of the ships are extracted in real time by means of the designed AIS analytic algorithm. The GPS information and attitude sensor information are combined,from which the information of small ships not equipped with AIS can be displayed on mobile devices App in real time,so as to realize the marine navigation safety and emergency rescue. The testing results show that the effective communication distance of the system can meet the requirements of safe navigation. This system has the characteristics of long coverage distance and low power consumption in comparison with the traditional internet devices and handheld AIS equipments,which has a wide application prospect.
