摘  要:目的:通过高效液相色谱法对多环芳烃测定的研究,建立测定多环芳烃不确定度的数学模型。方法:本文在重复测量、温度变化、体积变化、样品称量等方向上对不确定度进行评估。结果:得出HPLC法测定多环芳烃萘的不确定度为0.00248ug/kg。结论:回收率不确定忽略不计,测量重复性的不确定占比较大,对仪器重现性存在一定要求。Objective: To establish a mathematical model for uncertainty determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods: The uncertainty of determination of PAHs by HPLC was evaluated in the direction of repeated measurement,temperature change,volume change and sample weighing.The result showed that the uncertainty of determination of PAHs by HPLC was 0.00248μg/kg.Conclusion: Uncertainty of recovery rate is neglected,uncertainty of measurement repeatability accounts for a large proportion,and there are certain requirements for instrument reproducibility.
