摘 要:冶炼行业普遍使用的钢结构上料通廊及下降管由于跨度大、重量重、高度高、安装角度倾斜,在吊装过程中易出现构件内力重分布现象,给施工带来了巨大挑战和安全隐患。为了避免由于施工阶段构件应力、变形的变化导致安全事故的发生,运用Midas Gen有限元软件对某高炉通廊及下降管吊装施工过程开展仿真模拟,计算出构件最大应力与变形,符合相关规范要求,确保施工方案的可行性与施工过程的安全性,为同类工程施工提供借鉴。The steel structure feeding corridor and descending pipe commonly used in the smelting industry are prone to redistribution of internal force during hoisting due to their large span,heavy weight,high height and inclined installation angle,which brings huge challenges and hidden safety hazards to construction. In order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents due to the change of stress and deformation of components in the construction stage,this paper uses Midas Gen finite element software to simulate the construction process of feeding corridor and descending pipe,calculates the maximum stress and deformation of components,meets the requirements of relevant specifications,and ensures the feasibility of the construction scheme and the construction process. The safety of the project can provide reference for similar projects.
