摘　　要：目的翻译并检验中文版婴儿血管瘤特异性生活质量问卷(infantile hemangioma-specific quality of life questionnaire,IH-QOL)的信效度。方法采用便利抽样方法选择2018年10月至2019年5月河南省某三级甲等医院血管瘤病区收治的住院420名婴儿血管瘤患儿的父母或照护者为研究对象,采用Brislin法对IH-QOL量表进行翻译及回译,通过预实验及专家咨询法对问卷进行文化调试。结果中文版IH-QOL最终保留28个条目,探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为59.6%。验证性因子分析结果显示χ~2/df=2.243,比较拟合指数(comparative fit index,CFI)=0.858,增殖拟合指数(incremental fit index,IFI)=0.860,近似误差均方根(root mean square error of approximation,RMSEA)=0.079,均达到适配标准,量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.917,重测信度为0.810。结论中文版婴儿血管瘤特异性生活质量问卷有较好的信效度,可用于测评增殖期婴儿血管瘤患儿及其父母的生活质量。Objective To translate the English version of infantile hemangioma-specific quality of life questionnaire(IH-QOL) into Chinese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of IH-QOL.Methods By convenience sampling method,420 parents or caregivers of infants with hemangioma admitted to the hospital in Henan Province from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.The Brislin method was used to translate and retranslate the IH-QOL scale. Pre-experiment and expert consultation were used to cultural debugging.Results The Chinese version of IH-QOL retained 28 items,and 4 factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,which explained 59.6% of the total variances.Results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ~2/df=2.243,CFI=0.858,IFI=0.860,RMSEA=0.079,indicating that all measurements met the adaptation criteria.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.917 and the retest reliability was 0.810.Conclusions The Chinese version of IH-QOL has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the quality of life of infants with proliferative hemangioma and their parents.
