摘　　要：目的探讨下肢骨牵引保暖靴的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2016年12月至2018年11月上海市浦东新区公利医院骨科收治的下肢骨牵引患者96例作为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组患者给予传统的下肢骨牵引保暖措施,观察组患者采用自制的下肢骨牵引保暖靴保暖,评价并比较两组患者干预后的疼痛情况、保暖效果、满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组患肢的疼痛评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组患者,保暖效果和满意度均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论下肢骨牵引保暖靴的应用,有利于提高下肢骨牵引患者患肢的保暖效果和患者满意度,缓解患肢疼痛,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of warm boots for lower limb bone traction.Methods By convenience sampling method,96 patients with lower limb bone traction admitted to the Hospital from December 2016 to November 2018 were selected as subjects. A total of 48 patients in the control group were given traditional measures to keep lower limb traction warm. Another 48 patients in the observation group were warmed by self-made lower limb traction warming boots.The pain,warming effect,satisfaction, and complications after intervention were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The pain score and complication rate of the affected limbs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the level of warming effect and satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusions The warm boots for lower limb traction can improve the warming effect and satisfaction rate of patients with lower limb traction,and alleviate limb pain.It is worth popularizing.
