摘 要:为分析从国内外搜集的白三叶种质资源遗传多样性,采用SSR分子标记技术对49份白三叶种质资源进行遗传多样性研究。利用48对多态性引物扩增出441条谱带,其中多态性谱带439条,多态率高达99.5%;POPGENE分析结果表明,白三叶种质间遗传相似系数范围为0.693~0.842,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.399,平均Nei’s基因多样性指数(He)为0.254,表现出丰富的遗传多样性;通过UPGMA聚类分析,将49份白三叶种质分为四大类,其中来自丹麦的Cllilka和来自中国的鄂牧2号单独聚为一类。In order to investigate the genetic diversity of white clover germplasm resources collected from home and abroad,SSR molecular marker technology was used to study the genetic diversity of 49 white clover germplasm resources.The results showed that 48 pairs of polymorphic primers were used to amplify 441 bands,among which 439 were polymorphic bands,and the polymorphism rate was up to 99.5%.The genetic similarity coefficient between these white clover germplasms ranged from 0.693-0.842,while the Shannon index(I)and the average Nei’s gene diversity index(He)calculated by POPGENE software were 0.399 and 0.254 respectively,indicating the rich genetic diversity among these white clover materials.Additionally,the 49 white clover germplasm samples were divided into 4 categories based on UPGMA clustering analysis,among which the Denmark-originated variety Cllilka and Emu 2 from China were separately grouped into one category.
