摘 要:传统的岸电装置输出功率过大,安全性较低,容易引发安全事故,为了解决这个问题,文章提出非对称负荷控制下的港口高压变频岸电装置。采用同步传输方式、直接连接传输方式和驳船电力输送方式满足船舶不同负荷容量的需求,再应用滤波算法计算输出高压变频岸电输入容量,由此完成非对称负荷控制下的港口高压变频岸电装置的设计。通过实验证明,所提装置相比传统的岸电装置安全性更高。The traditional shore power plant has too much output power and low safety,which is easy to cause safety accidents.In order to solve this problem,a shore power device of port high voltage variable frequency under asymmetric load control was proposed.The synchronous transmission mode,the direct connection transmission mode and the barge power transmission mode were used to meet the requirements of different load capacities of the ship.The filtering algorithm was applied to calculate the output high-voltage variable-frequency shore power input capacity,thereby completing the port high-voltage frequency conversion shore power under asymmetric load control.Experiments showed that the proposed device was safer than traditional shore power devices.
