摘　　要：文章介绍了一种测量二极管正向特性的简易方法——万用表测量法,并以500型万用表实测为例说明其测量原理并介绍测量方法。This paper introduces a simple method to measure the forward characteristics of diode,namely the multimeter measurement method,and takes the 500-type multimeter as an example to illustrate its measurement principle and introduce the measurement method.
