摘　　要：新疆托克逊县黑山钨钼金矿位于塔里木板块北缘活动带之南天山晚古生代陆缘盆地内,具上金下钨钼明显的分带特征,本文通过对黑山钨钼矿区的地层、构造、变质作用及其与矿产的关系,以及矿化带形态、规模、产状及品位变化情况的描述,总结了矿床地质特征、成矿期次及找矿标志,初步研究了矿床成因,对下步找矿具有指导意义。The Heishan tungsten-molybdenum-gold deposit in the Toksun county of Xinjiang is located in the Late Paleozoic continental marginal basin of the southern Tianshan Mountains in the northern active belt of the Tarim Plate. It has obvious zoning characteristics,which the upper is gold while the lower is tungsten-molybdenum. Through the description of the relationship of strata,structure and metamorphism with ore,as well as the shape,scale,occurrence and variation in grade of the mineralized zone in the Heishan tungsten-molybdenum ore district. Geological characteristics of the deposit,the metallogenic period and the prospecting criteria can be summarized,the genesis of the deposit has been preliminary researched which has guiding significance for the next prospecting.
