摘  要:针对区域阶段性水质综合评价中的模糊不确定性问题,提出一种基于Spearman秩相关系数的区间数型水质综合评价模型,将多时段水质监测样本的等级隶属问题转化为区间数型多属性决策方案的相关性计算问题。模型通过将水环境质量标准和待评价水质实测值构成决策矩阵,借鉴灰色理论的思想确定相对最佳方案,通过决策方案与相对最佳方案的Spearman秩相关系数,进而由相对海明距离确定研究区的水质等级。应用于浑河沈阳东陵大桥监测段进行实例检验,其评价结果与区间数集对分析法和区间数贴近度法评价相近,表明本模型能有效处理区间型水质评价问题,同其他区间数型水质评价方法比较,在评价过程中具有逻辑清晰,计算便捷,易与其他方法结合等优点。An interval number water quality comprehensive evaluation model based on Spearman rank correlation coefficient is proposed aiming at the fuzzy uncertainty problem in the comprehensive evaluation of water quality in periodic regional intervals,in which,the classification evaluation problem of multi-time water quality monitoring samples is transformed into the correlation calculation problem of interval number multi-attribute decision scheme.By combining the water environment quality standard and the measured water quality to be determined into a decision matrix,the relative optimal solution is determined with gray theory,and the water quality level of study area will be determined by relative Hamming distance through the Spearman rank correlation coefficient of decision-making plan and relative optimal plan.The model is applied to an example of the Dongling Bridge in Hunhe River in Shenyang,and the evaluation results are similar to those of set pair analysis and closeness degree method.The results show that the model can effectively solve interval-type water quality evaluation problem,and compared with the results of other methods,it has the advantages of clear logic,convenient calculation and easy combination with other methods.
