摘 要:善泥坡水电站建设过程中秉承因地制宜、环保优先、动态控制等思想,统筹考虑、积极创新,成功解决了诸多难点。首次采用大规模贴壁式窑洞设计,开创了拱坝建成后无人工开挖永久边坡的先例;采用立体式消能工,实现了世界最大规模的碾压混凝土拱坝坝身泄洪量;在狭窄的空间里建设了一套既适应碾压混凝土快速施工、通行便利,又具有多通道安全保障的交通系统;通过合理的分缝防裂结构设计,防止了坝体无序裂缝的发生;采用了“封堵+平压”理念,成功解决了防渗帷幕沿线大型岩溶管道的处理难题。In the construction of Shannipo Hydropower Station,the design ideas of adapting to local conditions,environmental protection priority and dynamic control are adhered,and some difficulties are successfully solved by taking overall planning and active innovation.For the first time,the large-scale wall-mounted cave excavation design is adopted to create a precedent for the dam abutment without permanent artificial excavated slope after the arch dam is built.The stereoscopic energy dissipator is adopted to realize the world s largest RCC arch dam body flood discharge.A traffic system that not only adapts to the rapid construction of RCC and convenient transportation,but also has multi-channel safety guarantee is constructed in a narrow space.Through reasonable split-slit crack-proof structure design,the occurrence of disordered cracks in dam body is prevented.Adopting the concept of“blocking+flat pressing”,the problem of large-scale karst pipelines along the anti-seepage curtain is successfully solved.
