摘 要:在水利水电工程防渗墙施工中常常会遇到随机分布的的孤漂石,由于形状大小各异、厚度不一,孔内状况复杂,穿透孤漂石成孔难度大,在这类地层中钻孔成槽钻进效率低、钻具寿命短,易发生卡钻、斜孔、掉钻头、塌孔等事故,成槽速度慢,严重影响施工的正常进度,经济效益差。某水电站围堰防渗墙施工地质条件为花岗岩性巨孤漂石地层,施工成槽难度大,针对该地层研究了同轴钻孔精准预探预爆技术,对地层中的孤漂石进行了有效的超前处理,提高了防渗墙成槽工效,减少了施工周期,节约了成本,降低了施工风险。In the construction of cutoff wall of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,the drilling often encounters randomly distributed isolated boulders.Due to the different shapes,size and thicknesses,and complicated intra-hole condition,it is difficult to penetrate the isolated boulders to form borehole.The borehole drilling in this stratum can cause lower drilling efficiency,shorter life of drilling tool and some accidents of drill stuck,hole incline,drill bit broken and hole collapse,which results in slow construction speed and poor economic benefits.As the granite-type giant isolated boulders stratum in a hydropower station,it is difficult to construct the cutoff wall.For constructing the cutoff wall efficiently,the coaxial drilling precision pre-exploration pre-blasting technique is developed and applied to the advanced treatment of giant isolated boulders in stratum.The application of this new technique has improved construction efficiency,saved costs and reduced construction risks.
