摘 要:利用水库群调蓄作用改变天然洪水过程,开展补偿调度是提高流域防洪能力的有效措施。研究通过构建模型对淮河流域沂河、沭河上游水库消峰效果、洪水同步性、水库群补偿能力进行分析。结果表明,沂河上游水库群对临沂断面削峰作用明显,岸堤水库、跋山水库补偿能力较大,许家崖水库有一定的补偿能力,唐村水库基本上不具有补偿能力;沭河上游水库群对大官庄断面削峰作用明显,青峰岭水库、陡山水库补偿能力较大,小仕阳水库有一定的补偿能力。Utilizing reservoir group regulation and storage function to change the natural flood process and carry out compensation dispatching is an effective measure to improve the flood control capacity of river basin.The peak-relief effect,flood synchronization and reservoir compensation capacity of the upstream reservoirs in Yihe River and Shuhe River of Huaihe River basin are analyzed by modeling.The results show that,(a)the reservoir group in the upper reaches of Yihe River plays an obvious role in peak-cutting of Linyi section,in which,the compensation capacity of Andi Reservoir and Bashan Reservoir are larger,the Xujiaya Reservoir has a certain compensation capacity,but the Tangcun Reservoir has no compensation capacity;and(b)the reservoir group in the upper reaches of Shuhe River plays an obvious role in peak-cutting of Daguanzhuang section,in which,the Qingfengling Reservoir and Doushan Reservoir have larger compensation capacity,and the Xiaoshiyang Reservoir has a certain compensation capacity.
