摘　　要：运用解释结构模型(ISM)法分析分级诊疗体系建设的影响因素。通过Matlab实现可达矩阵求解与层级分析,将15个影响因素划分为四个层级。分析得出影响分级诊疗体系建设的外部因素、技术因素、内部因素和直接因素,对此提出对策建议。Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)was used to analyze the influencing factors of the construction of hierarchical diagnosis sys tem.15 factors were divided into 4 levels by solving the reachability matrix and hierarchical analysis by Matlab.The external factors,technical factors,internal factors and direct factors affecting the construction of grading diagnosis and treatment system were analyzed and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
