摘　　要：目的了解高校大学生性行为、性观念及安全措施采用情况,分析大学生婚前性行为影响因素。方法采用方便抽样方法对南京市2所高校503名在校大学生进行问卷调查,利用问卷星软件收集数据,使用描述性分析、χ^2检验和二元logistic回归进行统计学分析。结果在接受调查的大学生中,发生过性行为占30.4%,不同性别(χ^2=8.93,P<0.01)、年级(χ^2=36.80,P<0.01)和专业(χ^2=22.97,P<0.01)之间差异均有统计学意义。初次性行为发生在高中时期最多,其次为大一时期。在有性经历的大学生中,85.1%的学生在性行为过程中会采取安全措施,其中安全套是最主要的避孕措施。二元logistic回归分析结果显示:年级、专业、性取向和对非婚性行为接受性是大学生婚前性行为的影响因素。未发生性行为的大学生,男生比女生更接受婚前性行为。结论学校应针对不同性别、年级和专业大学生的需求开展性健康教育工作,同时重点关注大学生人群的高危性行为因素,倡导科学安全的避孕措施,提倡安全性行为。OBJECTIVE To understand the sexual behavior,sexual attitudes and safety measures among college students,and analyze the influencing factors of premarital sexual behavior.METHODS 503 college students from 2 universities in Nanjing were surveyed by conve nient sampling method.Questionnaire Star Software,descriptive analysis,chi-square test and binary Logistic regression were used.RESULTS Among the surveyed students,30.4%had experienced sex.The differences were statistically significant among subjects of dif ferent genders(χ^2=8.93,P<0.01),grades(χ^2=36.80,P<0.01)and majors(χ^2=22.97,P<0.01).Most people had sex for the first time in high school,followed by first year of college.Among college students with sexual experience,85.1%of them take safety measures dur ing sexual behavior,and condoms were the most important contraceptive measures.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that grade,major,sexual orientation and acceptance of premarital sexual behavior were the influencing factors of premarital sexual behavior of col lege students.Among college students who had not had sex,males were more likely to accept premarital sex than females.CONCLUSION Schools should carry out sexual health education according to the needs of students of different genders,grades and majors.At the same time,it focused on high-risk sexual behavior factors of college students,advocate scientific and safe contraceptive measures,so as to promote safe sex.
