工业城市工匠精神培育的探索与实践——以广西柳州市为例

摘　　要：柳州作为西南工业重镇之一,其工业发展必然成为我国制造业转型时代的奋斗缩影。本文通过对柳州市的社会调研分析发现,西方文化的冲击和人们对待工匠精神的自我素养不高等因素制约着柳州市工匠精神的培育,社会上并没有形成尊重工匠精神的社会氛围,对工匠精神的传承理解与文化感受存在偏失与轻视,对培育工匠精神非常不自信,虽然高度认可工匠精神,但个人并不觉得具备工匠精神。为更好培育柳州的工匠精神,助力工业城市的经济发展,柳州市应提升工匠精神认知、完善工匠精神培育的保障制度、营造尊重工匠精神氛围、鼓励企业对工匠精神的重视、提高对工匠精神的自我素养等。As one of the important industrial towns in southwest China,LIUZHOU's industrial development will inevitably epitomize the struggle in the era of manufacturing transformation in China.Through the social investigation and analysis of LIUZHOU City,this paper finds that the impact of western culture and the low self-accomplishment of people towards the craftsman spirit restrict the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in LIUZHOU City.There is no social atmosphere of respecting the craftsman spirit in society.There is a bias and contempt for the understanding of the inheritance of the craftsman spirit and cultural feelings,and there is a very low self-confidence in the cultivation of the craftsman spirit,though.The spirit of craftsmen is highly recognized,but individuals do not feel that they have the spirit of craftsmen.In order to better cultivate the spirit of craftsmen in LIUZHOU and promote the economic development of industrial cities,LIUZHOU should enhance the awareness of craftsmen'spirit,improve the safeguard system of craftsmen'spirit cultivation,create an atmosphere of respecting craftsmen'spirit,encourage enterprises to attach importance to the spirit of craftsmen,and improve the self-accomplishment of craftsmen'spirit.
