摘　　要：依替米星是我国第一个氨基糖苷类创新药物。为了纪念这一药物在我国成功上市20周年,应中国抗生素杂志社和本期专刊主编陈代杰教授的邀请,作为主要发明人,对这一创新药物研发和产业化的历程,从创新火花的产生,到成为国家重点项目,到产业化的发展历程,进行了简要回顾。Etimicin is the first marketed new aminoglycoside antibiotic in China.In order to commemorate the 20th anniversary of this successfully listed new drug,as the main inventors and at the invitation of Professor Chen Daijie,the chief editor of this special issue of Chinese Journal of Antibiotics,the authors briefly reviewed the the road of research and development of etimicin,from how the idea sparks generated to becoming a national key project,and to its industrialization.
