霍州紫晟煤业煤质特征及其工业用途浅析

摘　　要：简述霍州矿区紫晟煤业地质概况及其含煤地层,阐述可采煤层的宏观煤岩类型及显微煤岩特征,分析其煤质特征和变化规律,并结合资源储量综合评价工业用途;对紫晟煤业辛置2号与紫晟2号进行常规工业分析、胶质层、黏结、反射率、小焦炉试验检测,比对研究其煤质特性、互为取代性等。紫晟2号与辛置2号煤质指标较为接近,硫分、挥发分变化较小;由于煤层赋存条件等影响,紫晟2号胶质层指数、黏结指数比辛置2号略偏低。经由其反射率直方图、峰图形状、凹口位置分布情况并经反射率间隔为0.1%的频率分布判定可知:紫晟2号属单一煤种煤,可能煤种为肥煤、1/3焦煤;辛置2号属单一煤种煤,可能煤种为肥煤、1/3焦煤、焦煤。2号煤层煤为低灰、低硫、高发热量、强黏结的1/3焦煤,为优质炼焦用煤。This paper introduced the geological overview of Ziyang coal industry in Huozhou mining area and its coal-bearing stratum,the macroscopic lithotypes of workable coal seam and microscopic coal petrography characteristics were demonstrated,the coal quality characteristics and change law were analyzed,combining with resource reserve,the industry utilization path was evaluated comprehensively;the proximate analysis,plastometer indices,caking index,reflectivity and small coking furnace experimental tests were done for Xinzhi No.2 and Ziyang No.2 coal,the coal quality characteristics and mutual replacement were researched and compared.The coal quality of Xinzhi No.2 and Ziyang No.2 are similar,the sulfur and volatile matter change a little;because of the coal seam occurrence conditions,the plastometer indices and caking index of Ziyang No.2 are lower than Xinzhi No.2.From reflectance histogram,peak shape and notch position distribution,and through judgement of frequency distribution with a reflectance interval of 0.1%,we can see that Ziyang No.2 coal belongs to the single type coal,the possible coal types are fat coal and 1/3 coking coal;Xinzhi No.2 coal belongs to single type coal,the possible coal type are fat coal,1/3coking coal and coking coal.No2 coal seam coal is the 1/3 coking coal with low ash,low sulfur,high calorific value and strong caking index,it is the coking coal with high quality.
