摘  要:基于煤质在线检测技术可有效解决燃煤电厂煤炭化验数据滞后性的问题,介绍1种基于近红外光谱分析技术和天然γ射线测量技术的入炉煤煤质在线检测方法,简述其测量原理、在线检测装置构成及其测量精度,将常规化验与在线测量数据进行对比并用均方差统计两者的离散误差。煤质在线检测技术已成功应用于600 MW机组,入炉煤灰分、水分的均方差均在0.5%之内,发热量的均方差小于350 J/g。将煤质在线检测技术用于入炉煤的检测,可实时掌握燃煤成分信息以研究煤质变化对锅炉燃烧的影响,并可指导燃烧调整及配煤掺烧管理。Based on that the coal quality on-line detection technology can solve the problems of hysteresis of coal-fired power plant coal test data efficiently,this paper introduced 1 kind of on-line test method for coal into the furnace based on near-infrared spectroscopy analysing technology and natural gamma ray measurement technology,the testing principles,online detection device composition and measurement precision were demonstrated,the regular test data and on-line detection data were compared,and the mean square error was used to count the discrete error.The on-line detection technology has been successfully applied in a 600 MW unit,the mean square deviation of ash and moisture of coal into furnace are all within 0.5%,the mean square deviation of calorific value is less than 350 kJ/kg.The application of coal quality on-line detection technology in coal into furnace test can monitor the fuel coal content information,and study how the coal quality change affects the boiler burning,the combustion adjustment and coal blending combustion management can be guided.
