摘 要:将芳纶浆粕纤维经NaOH溶液处理后再在氧气和空气两种不同的氛围中用60Co-γ进行辐照改性,研究辐照后芳纶浆粕纤维的吸收剂量和气体氛围对芳纶浆粕纤维的影响.结果表明,经NaOH溶液处理的芳纶浆粕纤维表面发生了变化,接触角降低;经γ射线辐射改性后,纤维表面粗糙度增大,产生了一定的横断纹;芳纶浆粕纤维在氧气氛围中经辐射改性,当其吸收剂量为50~300 kGy时,纤维表面的接触角增大,亲水性提高.The aramid pulp fiber was treated with NaOH solution and then irradiated with60 Co-γradiation in two different atmospheres of oxygen and air.The effects of the absorbed dose and gas atmosphere of the aramid pulp fiber after irradiation were studied.The results show that the surface of the aramid pulp fiber treated by NaOH solution will change and the contact angle will decrease.Afterγ-ray radiation modification,the surface roughness of the fiber increases,resulting in a certain transverse striation.The aramid fiber was modified by radiation in an oxygen atmosphere,the contact angle of the fiber surface increases and the hydrophilicity increases when the absorbed dose is 50-300 kGy.
