摘 要:针对纯棉高支纱因上浆困难,织机织造效率低的现状,将预湿上浆技术应用于纯棉高支纱上浆中。根据预湿上浆的机制,从浆料选配、预湿上浆各工艺参数的设置展开探讨,并通过生产实践,对比预湿上浆与传统上浆的效果。实验得出:通过控制预湿挤压辊压力值,使纱线预湿回潮率控制在标准范围;通过控制补浆含固量,使浆液含固量始终保持在合理范围内,从而使得浆料在纱线中呈合理均匀的分布。既改善了纱线的强力、耐磨性等性能,又降低了上浆率,节约生产成本的同时绿色环保,预湿上浆可以推广应用于纯棉高支纱。Due to the difficulty of sizing and the low weaving efficiency of the loom,the pre-wetting sizing technique was applied to the sizing of cotton extra fine yarn.According to the mechanism of pre-wetting sizing,the setting of slurry selection and pre-wet sizing process parameters were discussed.The effects of pre-wet sizing and traditional sizing were compared.It was found that by controlling the solid content of the replenishment slurry,the high solid content of the slurry was always kept within a reasonable range,so that the slurry was distributed reasonably and evenly in the yarn.The strength and wear resistance of the yarn were improved,the sizing rate was reduced,the costs were saved,and while the processing was environmentally friendly.Therefore,pre-wetting sizing can be applied to extra fine cotton yarns.
