摘　　要：针对纯羊毛保暖内衣刺痒、易毡缩、不可机洗等问题,探讨以0.89 dtex超细涤纶为混纺原料,基于精梳毛纺工艺系统,生产20.83 tex超细涤纶/羊毛精纺针织内衣纱的工艺措施。在分析纤维性能和生产工艺流程基础上,阐述了各工序工艺参数和工艺重点,对关键工序设备改进作了重点说明。通过调整工艺路线,降低梳理强度,优化混条、针梳和精梳工艺,解决了超细涤纶制条和混条难点。对开发的纱线进行性能测试,结果表明各项性能指标均符合针织内衣生产要求。In order to solve the problems of pure wool thermal underwear, such as itching, felting and non-machine washing, the technological measures of producing 20.83 tex superfine polyester/wool worsted knitted underwear yarn with 0.89 dtex superfine polyester as blending material based on the worsted system were discussed. The properties of the fibers were analyzed, the technological process was introduced, the processing parameters and key points of each procedure were elaborated, and the improvement of key equipment was emphasized. By adjusting the process route, reducing carding strength, optimizing the techniques of blending, carding and combing, the difficulties in slivering and blending of superfine polyester were solved. The properties of the yarn were tested. The results showed that the performance indexes reached the production requirements of knitted underwear.
