摘 要:针对烫平机多级链传动可靠性和效率较低的问题,根据可靠性设计理论和机械效率计算理论,对烫平机多级链传动系统的可靠度及效率进行分析和计算。结果表明:现有传动系统的可靠度和效率偏低,提出在中心距保持不变的前提下,适当增加小链轮齿数,采用优质套筒滚子链,定期维护和更换磨损的套筒滚子链,或者采用可靠度和效率更高的同步带传动代替链传动。文章对于合理确定电动机功率有重要的参考意义。In order to solve the problem of low reliability and efficiency of multi-stage chain drive of flattening machine, the reliability and efficiency of multi-stage chain drive system of flattening machine were analyzed and calculated based on reliability design theory and mechanical efficiency calculation theory. The calculation results showed that the reliability and efficiency of the existing transmission system were low. Therefore, it was proposed to increase the small sprocket teeth properly while the center distance remains unchanged. High quality sleeve roller chains were adopted, wear sleeve roller chains were regularly maintained and replaced, or synchronous belt drives with higher reliability and efficiency were used instead of chain drives. In addition, the formulas for calculating the efficiency of the transmission system given in this paper had great significance for determining the power of the motor reasonably.
