摘　　要：针对新型赛络纺纱技术的研究现状,提出赛络纺、赛络菲尔纺存在的技术难点和解决措施,基于赛络纺纱加工过程中存在的关键技术突破点,设计一种提高赛络纺成纱质量的辅助装置,采用该装置试纺36 tex纯棉赛络纱,测试结果表明,与未使赛络纺辅助装置相比,新型赛络纺纱过程产生的不利因素明显减少,纺成的赛络纺成纱毛羽明显减少,条干好,且强力有明显提高,为提高新型纺纱产品质量提供了保证。According to the research status of the new type of siro-spinning technology,the technical difficulties and solving directions of siro and sirofil spun were pointed out.Based on the key technical difficulties existing in the siro-spinning process,an auxiliary device for improving the quality of the siro-spinning yarn was developed.It consists of a curved guide member and a T-shaped negative pressure tube,which was built for easy production and trial production of 36 tex cotton siro-spun yarn.After testing,it was found that the unfavorable factors in the new siro-spinning process were significantly reduced,the yarn hairiness of the 36 tex cotton siro-spun yarn was obviously reduced,the yarn eneness got better,and there was also a significant increase in strength.
