摘 要:为研究羊毛纤维鳞片层不同剥离程度的吸湿性能,利用扫描电镜对普通、防缩和丝光羊毛纤维表面形态进行表征,测试了3种羊毛纤维在标准状态下的亲水性和吸湿、放湿性能。结果表明:普通羊毛纤维表面鳞片未被剥离,防缩羊毛纤维表面鳞片部分被剥离,表面粗糙且表面积较丝光羊毛纤维大,丝光羊毛纤维表面鳞片大部分被剥离;3种羊毛纤维接触角大小依次为:普通羊毛纤维>防缩羊毛纤维>丝光羊毛纤维,亲水性依次增加,吸湿、放湿平衡回潮率均随亲水性的增加而增加;3种羊毛纤维的吸湿、放湿速率均呈指数形式衰减,其中丝光羊毛纤维的吸湿速率最高,放湿速率最低,防缩羊毛纤维居中,普通羊毛纤维吸湿速率最低,放湿速率最高。In order to study the moisture adsorption performance of wool fiber scales with different peel, the surface morphology of ordinary, shrink-proof and mercerized wool fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. Meanwhile, the hydrophilicity and the moisture adsorption and desorption characteristics of three kinds of wool fibers under standard conditions were tested. The experimental results showed that the surface scale of ordinary wool fiber was not peeled off. Some of the scale of the shrink-proof wool fiber was peeled off, the surface was rough, and the surface area was larger than mercerized wool fiber;while the surface scale of mercerized wool fiber was mostly peeled off. With the increasing of the degree of peeling of the scale layer, the hydrophilicity was increased , and the contact angle was reduced. The contact angles of the three kinds of wool fibers were as follows: mercerized wool fiber <shrink-proof wool fiber<ordinary wool fiber, the hydrophilicity increased in turn , meanwhile the moisture adsorption and moisture equilibrium moisture regain increased accordingly for the three wool fibers. The moisture adsorption and desorption rates of the three kinds of wool fibers decayed as an exponential form. Among which the mercerized wool fiber had the highest moisture adsorption rate and the lowest moisture release rate, the shrink-proof wool fiber in the second place, while the ordinary wool fiber have the highest moisture release rate and the lowest moisture absorption rate.
