摘  要:以PAPI(多苯基甲烷多异氰酸酯)、聚醚二醇、聚醚三醇及小分子扩链剂1,4-丁二醇为主要原料,加以增塑剂、偶联剂、疏水剂及催化剂等助剂,制备出了一种新型低黏度、快固化的聚氨酯注浆液,并与参比样进行了对比试验。研究结果表明:自制的注浆液能充分反应,固化时间短,施工性能好,力学性能较佳;其中2 h抗压强度达到43 MPa,2 h拉伸强度达到17.4 MPa,2 h断裂伸长率达到33%,7 d的粘接强度达到5.43 MPa。A new type of low viscosity and fast curing polyurethane grouting fluid was prepared by using PAPI(polyphenylmethane polyisocyanate),polyether glycol,polyether triol and small molecular chain extender 1,4-butanediol as main raw materials,with plasticizer,coupling agent,hydrophobic agent and catalyst as auxiliary agents. The results were compared with the reference sample. The research results showed that the self-made grouting fluid could fully react,the curing time was short,the construction performance was good,and the mechanical performance was excellent. The compressive strength reached 43 MPa in 2 hours,the tensile strength reached 17.4 MPa in 2 hours,the elongation at break reached 33% in 2 hours,and the bonding strength reached 5.43 MPa in 7 days.
