6种切梢小蠹伴生菌对云南松的侵染力分析

摘  要:分析云南松对不同切梢小蠹伴生菌的抗性反应,探讨伴生菌在蠹害过程中的互作关系,为控制切梢小蠹提供理论依据。采用人工接种法比较6种伴生菌(Ophiostoma canum,O.ips,O.abietinum,Leptogramphium maifestum,L.conjunctum,L.yunnanense)所引起的寄主韧皮反应区及其萜烯类抗性物质含量的变化。结果表明,6种伴生菌侵染产生的韧皮反应区长度值明显大于对照组。伴生菌诱导产生的α-蒎烯、莰烯、柠檬烯、β-水芹烯4种单萜烯的含量值显著大于对照组,菌种间,O.canum诱导产生莰烯的含量增加值最小。基于寄主韧皮部反应区长度以及韧皮组织萜烯物质的含量变化,能较好地反映伴生菌的侵染力以及寄主的抗性反应。研究结果为揭示云南省切梢小蠹成灾机制提供了基础数据。The purpose of the study is to understand their relationships between pine shoot beetles and their fungi during Tomicus attacking process,and to provide new data for reveal outbreak mechanism of Tomicus species in Yunnan,China.The virulence of six blue-stain fungi associated with pine shoot beetles to Yunnan pine(Pinus yunnanensis)in Yunnan,China(Ophiostoma canum,O.ips,O.abietinum,Leptogramphium maifestum,L.conjunctum,L.yunnanense),was assessed.Following fungal inoculation,necrotic lesion lengths and monoterpene concentrations in the stem phloem of Yunnan pine were measured.All six fungi induced significantly longer lesions than sterile agar control inoculations.Fungal inoculation of all six fungi induced stronger increases in four major monoterpenes(α-Pinene,Camphene,Limonene,β-Phellandrene)than the control treatment,but O.canum induced lower Camphene concentration than other five fungi.The lengths of host phloem reaction zones and the change of monoterpene Concentrations in phloem tissue could better reflect the virulence of blue-stain fungi associated Tomicus.The results provide basic data for revealing the disaster mechanism of pine shoot beetles in Yunnan,China.
