摘  要:以北美豆梨的一年生休眠枝条为材料,研究冷冻处理对其枝条电阻抗参数、相对电导率和丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明,随着温度的下降,北美豆梨枝条的胞外电阻Re、豫驰时间τ和豫驰时间分布系数φ均呈现逐渐下降的趋势,相对电导率、丙二醛和胞内电阻Ri则呈逐渐上升的趋势;相关性分析表明,北美豆梨的胞内电阻Ri与相对电导率和丙二醛含量呈极显著正相关。应用Logistics方程对北美豆梨胞内电阻Ri和相对电导率进行拟合,所得方程拐点温度分别为-22.66℃和-22.33℃,其结果非常接近,表明胞内电阻Ri可作为分析北美豆梨抗寒性的适宜参数。The effects of freezing treatment on branch electrical impedance parameters,relative conductivity and MDA content were studied by using the current shoots of 1-year-old Pyrus calleryana Decne.The results showed that the extracellular resistance Re of Pyrus calleryana Decne branches decreased with temperature,and the relaxation timeτand the relaxation time distribution coefficientφall showed a gradual decline trend.The relative conductivity,MDA and intracellular resistance Ri gradually increased.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among the intracellular resistance Ri,relative conductivity and MDA content.Logistics were used to fit the intracellular resistance Ri and relative conductivity of Pyrus calleryana Decne.The obtained temperatures were-22.66℃and-22.33℃,respectively,and the results were very close.The intracellular resistance Ri can be used as a suitable parameter for analyzing the cold resistance of Pyrus calleryana Decne.
