摘 要:采用廉价易得的三聚氰胺,氢氧化铝,磷酸为原料合成了一种新型无卤阻燃剂聚二三聚氰氨磷酸二氢铝盐(MPAP)。红外光谱判定目标产物成功合成;热重分析测试结果表明,相比于三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP),MPAP具有更高的热稳定性和成炭率,初始分解温度达349℃,在700℃时的残炭率达到43.6%。将MPAP与阻燃剂二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)复配用于协同阻燃玻璃纤维增强尼龙66(GFPA66)复合材料,当ADP质量分数为10%,MPAP质量分数为5%时,GFPA66垂直燃烧等级达到V–0级,达到了ADP质量分数为15%时的阻燃效果,且燃烧时间比添加MPP的材料更短;力学性能测试结果表明,相同配方下的阻燃GFPA66复合材料的拉伸强度达到147 MPa,缺口冲击强度达到14.8 kJ/m2。Melamine-poly(aluminum phosphate)(MPAP),a new halogen-free flame retardant,was synthesized from cheap and easily available raw materials including melamine,aluminum hydroxide and phosphoric acid.FTIR suggests that the target product is successfully synthesized.TG analysis test shows that MPAP has higher thermal stability and carbon yield than melamine polyphosphate(MPP),the onset decomposition temperature is as high as 349℃,and the carbon yield reaches 43.6%at 700℃.MPAP and aluminium diethylphosphonate(ADP)were used to synergistic flame-retarded glass fiber reinforced PA66(GFPA66).When ADP is added at 10 wt%and MPAP at 5 wt%,the vertical combustion level of GFPA66 reaches V–0,which is equivalent to the flame retardant effect of 15wt%ADP,and the combustion time is shorter than that of material containing MPP.The mechanical properties test show that the tensile strength of flame retardant GFPA66 with same formulation reaches 147 MPa and the notch impact strength reaches 14.8 kJ/m2.
