摘　　要：儿童眩晕近年来受到重视。临床上儿童眩晕并不少见,而由于儿童群体的特质性,病史采集及前庭检查等受到限制,早期诊断困难。与成人相比,除年龄差异外,临床表现、常见疾病及诊断方法也有很大不同。流行病学资料显示儿童眩晕的疾病中常见的是良性阵发性眩晕、前庭性偏头痛、前庭神经炎及中耳炎。本文综述儿童眩晕症状特点及相关疾病及治疗。Vertigo in children has attracted attention in recent years,and it is not uncommon in the clinic.Due to the characteristics of pediatric patients,medical history collection and vestibular testing can be challenging,and early diagnosis difficult.In addition to the age,clinical manifestations,type of common diseases and diagnostic methods in children are also different from adults.Epidemiological data show that vertigo in children is often diagnosed as benign paroxysmal vertigo,vestibular migraines,vestibular neuritis or trauma.Clinical characteristic,vestibular function test featuress and common causes of vertigo in children are reviewed in this paper.
