摘  要:和单侧人工耳蜗相比,双耳双模式助听优势已被广泛认可,但是如何调试能够使得双耳双模式优势最大化还未达成共识,因此本文通过梳理国外相关文献,结合我国国情,分别从频率响应(全频段放大、高频增益限制、移频)和响度平衡两方面探讨对于双耳双模式配戴的调试策略,并介绍了助听器和人工耳蜗联动技术进展,旨在为临床调试提供参考,促进相关研究的开展。The benefits of binaural bimodal cochlear implant fitting, as compared with unilateral cochlear implant,are widely accepted. However, there does not appear to be a consensus on the work flow of optimal bimodal fitting.Therefore, this paper summarizes commonly used fitting strategies, especially in the context of conditions in China, including frequency response(wide-band fitting, high frequency limited, frequency shift) and loudness balance. The paper also presents an overview on technical progress regarding connecting cochlear with hearing aids, aiming to provide guidelines for the clinical fitting, and promote development of related research in the future.
